Pre-Construction Management
Our pre-construction phase lays the foundation for a successful build by aligning design, budget, and expectations from the start. We guide clients through early design coordination, work directly with engineers to streamline planning, and provide clear budget pricing ahead of contract. This process defines the project scope, resolves potential challenges upfront, and ensures fixed pricing for smooth execution. From first sketches to final signatures, we make sure every detail is in place before construction begins.
Build
Our diverse background of work allows us to take on a wide range of projects. From new home construction, to ADU’s, large scale remodels, and custom outdoor renovations. We have teamed up with a variety of tradespeople from around the central coast to bring you the best product at a fair price.

We just wrapped up a project on our home that came in on time and under budget. This is what you'd expect from a contractor, but we have found that to be rarely the case in our past experiences. We received regular change orders so we could track costs for both material and labor throughout the process. Beyond that, the work itself came out excellent; we were grateful for their team's help with both the design and build. They are super flexible to work with your needs and help you understand what can be done with your available budget.
We try to do as much work on our home as we can ourselves, but when we need help again in the future, we'll turn to Village for that help. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a family member or a close friend, so this is my way of sharing that same word of mouth with others in the community.

“Village Construction helped us redesign our backyard, and it's such a peaceful and beautiful place for our family. He did an amazing job with the design, pergola, outdoor kitchen, flagstone, and cedar barrel style hot tub. We weren't the easiest customers as we didn't really have a set vision in mind so we needed a lot of handholding. It was an easy and relaxing experience though, which is hard to believe considering it's construction, and it's not inexpensive. The owner, Matt Sluski, is so patient and has a really easy going personality; we love him, and consider him a friend now. He's honest, hardworking, and very responsive. I'd recommend his company and crew to anyone.”
